SNAP recertification with changing income (update)

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. It has been a long 8 weeks. There are 6 people in my household.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 8 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
