SNAP recertification with changing income, social media manager here

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I do not usually post, so bear with me. There are 6 people in my household. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 19 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
