SNAP recertification with changing income, sales associate here

I lost my job as a sales associate and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. This is my first time dealing with any of this. There are 3 people in my household. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
