SNAP recertification with changing income, recruiter here

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.
