SNAP recertification with changing income (Omaha)

I lost my job as a payroll clerk and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. It has been a long 19 weeks. There are 12 people in my household. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
