SNAP recertification with changing income (Oklahoma City)

I lost my job as a data-entry clerk and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
