SNAP recertification with changing income (Oklahoma City)

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. There are 15 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.
