SNAP recertification with changing income, office manager here

I lost my job as an office manager and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 21 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
