SNAP recertification with changing income, office manager here

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. Any experience at all would help. There are 16 people in my household. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
