I lost my job as a nurse's aide and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. I worked as a nurse's aide before this. There are 3 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 18 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
