SNAP recertification with changing income (Nashville)

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I worked as a bank teller before this. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 16 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
