SNAP recertification with changing income, medical assistant here

I lost my job as a medical assistant and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. This is my first time dealing with any of this. There are 12 people in my household.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 8 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
