SNAP recertification with changing income, insurance claims processor here

I lost my job as an insurance claims processor and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. I have been trying to stay organised about it. There are 4 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
