SNAP recertification with changing income (Honolulu)

I lost my job as a machine operator and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The caseworker asked for bank statements too.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
