SNAP recertification with changing income (Honolulu)

I lost my job as a data-entry clerk and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. It has been a long 14 weeks. There are 4 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 14 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
