SNAP recertification with changing income (Hartford)

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. There are 11 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
