SNAP recertification with changing income (Fresno)

I lost my job as a machine operator and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
