SNAP recertification with changing income - first time posting

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. This is my first time dealing with any of this. There are 18 people in my household. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
