SNAP recertification with changing income - first time posting

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. There are 11 people in my household.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
