SNAP recertification with changing income, electrician's helper here

I lost my job as an electrician's helper and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.
