SNAP recertification with changing income, copywriter here

I lost my job as a copywriter and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
