SNAP recertification with changing income (Charlotte)

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. This is my first time dealing with any of this. There are 15 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
