SNAP recertification with changing income, bookkeeper here

I lost my job as a bookkeeper and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. Thank you in advance. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 9 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
