SNAP recertification with changing income, bookkeeper here

I lost my job as a bookkeeper and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 20 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
