SNAP recertification with changing income (Boise)

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I am in Boise, in case local advice matters. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
