SNAP recertification with changing income

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. Any experience at all would help. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.
