SNAP recertification with changing income - any advice?

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I worked as a barista before this. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.
