SNAP recertification with changing income - any advice?

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. This is my first time dealing with any of this. There are 15 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
