SNAP recertification with changing income - any advice?

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I do not usually post, so bear with me. There are 10 people in my household. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
