SNAP recertification with changing income - any advice?

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. It has been a long 25 weeks. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.
