SNAP recertification with changing income - any advice?

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. It has been a long 20 weeks. The caseworker asked for bank statements too.

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 20 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
