SNAP recertification with changing income - any advice?

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
