SNAP recertification with changing income - any advice?

I lost my job as a forklift operator and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. I do not usually post, so bear with me. There are 17 people in my household. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
