SNAP recertification with changing income - any advice?

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I worked as a hotel front-desk agent before this. There are 12 people in my household. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Some local food pantries can help while the case is pending. Try calling 211 for one near you.
