SNAP recertification with changing income - any advice?

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I do not usually post, so bear with me. There are 5 people in my household. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
