SNAP recertification with changing income (Albuquerque)

I lost my job as an accounts payable clerk and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. There are 8 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Did they ask for anything unexpected?
