SNAP recertification with changing income after 9 years as a data-entry clerk

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I do not usually post, so bear with me. There are 9 people in my household. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
