SNAP recertification with changing income after 7 years as a sales associate

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 24 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
