SNAP recertification with changing income after 7 years as a recruiter

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 8 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.
