SNAP recertification with changing income after 6 years as a graphic designer

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I am in Denver, in case local advice matters. There are 6 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
