SNAP recertification with changing income after 3 years as a dental hygienist

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I worked as a dental hygienist before this. There are 3 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
