SNAP recertification with changing income after 18 years as an operations analyst

I lost my job as an operations analyst and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. I worked as an operations analyst before this. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 17 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
