SNAP recertification with changing income after 16 years as an office manager

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. Any experience at all would help. There are 16 people in my household. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.
