SNAP recertification with changing income after 16 years as a project coordinator

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. There are 16 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
