SNAP recertification with changing income after 15 years as a line cook

I lost my job as a line cook and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval.

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 7 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
