SNAP recertification with changing income after 13 years as a sales associate

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
