SNAP recertification with changing income after 11 years as an office manager

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. It has been a long 2 weeks. The caseworker asked for bank statements too.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 2 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
