SNAP recertification with changing income after 11 years as an accounts payable clerk

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.
