SNAP recertification with changing income, administrative assistant here

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I worked as an administrative assistant before this. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
