SNAP recertification with changing income, accounts payable clerk here

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. Any experience at all would help. There are 7 people in my household. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.
